My mission is to develop young men who are not only competitive athletes but also leaders in the classroom, on the school campus, and throughout the community.

We will instill a culture of discipline, accountability, respect, and relentless effort. Every player who wears the Wildcats jersey will learn the value of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance. Wins will be earned not only on Friday nights but every day — in how we train, study, and treat others.

On the field, we will play fast, physical, and smart football. We will be prepared, adaptable, and unselfish. Off the field, we will represent Mesquite High School with pride, integrity, and a commitment to academic achievement, school pride, and personal growth.

This program will be built on strong relationships — between coaches and players, among teammates, with our school staff, families, and the Mesquite community. Our goal is to create a legacy of pride and purpose that future Wildcats will want to carry forward.
