Game day volunteers help with player meal service, meal pick-ups, 50/50 raffle sales, and chain gang duties.  Your support helps ensure smooth game-day operations for the team. 

• 2 adults for meal service
• 3 adults for chain gang
• 2 adults for raffle sales

Pre-game volunteers help ensure our players are fueled and prepared before heading into competition.

• Away Game Snack Packing - Help pack and organize snacks for players traveling to away games.
• Team Fruit Prep - Assist with washing, cutting, and preparing fresh fruit for team meals.

Concessions and merchandise sales are an important source of support for Mesquite Football and require coordinated volunteer efforts on game days. (4 total volunteers per game)

• Concession Stand - Assist with concession and merch stand set-up, sales, and clean-up during home games.
• Merchandise Sales -Help with selling team merchandise on game days. 

Game Day Volunteer Rotation - To support all levels of the program:

• Varsity parents volunteer during Frosh game days
• Frosh parents volunteer during Varsity game days

Mesquite Football hosts a variety of events throughout the year that rely on volunteer support. Event needs vary based on the type of event, but volunteers are essential to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Event volunteers may assist with:

• Event set-up and breakdown 
• Check-in or guest support 
• General event operations and support tasks
   

Volunteer needs and time commitments will be communicated prior to each event.
